Just got done watching the season 4 DVD of Teen Titans this weekend and Billy Numerous easily became one of my favorite villains in the series. He has keen powers, he actually knows how to use them well, and he just seems like he's having fun. That show is great when they just have the fun bad guys. The episodes with Mad Mod, Billy, Mumbo, and the Hive Five are the best. When they get into the ones like where Cy goes to the pre-tech world or the one with the superhero that was racist against Star, it gets pretty lame.
